Arrival day
From the motorway to the door in four steps
To Izola
The A1 motorway to Koper, then the expressway to Izola. From Ljubljana it is 110 km, about 1 hour 20 minutes.

Our house stands by Svetilnik beach. The number 9 is on the gate post.
Park in the courtyard
Parking in the courtyard in front of the house is free. You don't need to book a space.
Check-in from 16:00 to 22:00
Let us know in advance what time you will arrive. On your last day, please leave the apartment by 10:00.

You don't need to bring these
All of this is already provided in the apartments and the garden.

In the apartments
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
Yes, all four have air conditioning and heating.
Is the internet free?
Yes. The signal is not equally strong in every room, so tell us if you plan to work remotely.
Which apartment has an oven?
The large apartment and the upstairs apartment have an oven. The large apartment also has a dishwasher. The downstairs apartment has only a microwave, the studio a kitchenette.
Can we use the barbecue?
Yes. There is a barbecue and a fireplace in the garden, with tables and chairs outside.
The sea and dogs
How far is the sea?
Svetilnik beach is 20 m away. Below the house is a natural beach with small pebbles, fine for children too.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, on request. When you write, tell us how big your dog is. We may charge extra for the dog.
Where can the dog swim?
The beach where dogs are allowed is 20 m from the house.
Price and payment
How much does a stay cost?
The price depends on the apartment, the dates and the number of guests. Ask us for your dates.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes.
What if we damage something?
We may charge you for damage after check-out, up to €100.
House rules
- Tell us your arrival time in advance. Check-in is 16:00 to 22:00, check-out by 10:00.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00. There are four apartments in the house.
- No stag parties, hen parties or the like.
- No smoking in the apartments.
- Dogs only by arrangement.
